I worked in Provo and Orem Utah, and because of the two universities, I think it is the highest concentrated college area in the state. 

I helped primarily college kids preparing to purchase their first home. It was so fulfilling watching people take the first steps into homeownership, that I jumped into being a mortgage loan officer exclusively. 

To this day, over 60% of the people I help are doing it for the first time. There are so many ups and downs to the process. I aim to do my part in making the financing much less stressful. I educate and give the tools, rather than keep you in the dark.
